For most of our users, gambling means entertainment, fun, and excitement. But we also recognize that for some users, gambling has negative side effects. Gambling has been recognized as a serious disease in medical science for many years.
Since the very beginning of our operations, we have been thinking about this issue and striving to do everything we can to help. By "Responsible Gaming," we mean a series of measures that a gambling provider can take to reduce the likelihood of negative side effects. In case they have already appeared, we also try to take active steps against them.
The most important tool against the negative side effects of gambling is awareness and education about the risks associated with gambling, as well as supporting our users' self-control to prevent them from suffering negative consequences.
As part of its responsible gaming policy and to ensure player safety, PokeroOK reserves the right to take necessary action if it identifies signs of a user's compromised mental or emotional state. These signs include:
- Indicators of problem gambling (ludomania).
- Signs of suicidal behavior, including statements of intent to harm oneself or others.
- Receiving relevant information from the player, their family, or competent authorities.
PokeroOK may permanently block a player's account without prior notice, which includes restricting participation in games, promotions, and receiving bonuses.
In certain cases, if there are grounds to do so, the administration may request supporting documents or information to assess the situation and ensure an appropriate level of user protection.
