Updated: April 26, 2024
1.1. The Environment and Safety Policy (hereinafter "ESP"), supported and managed by the PokerOK Security Group ("Security Group"), must be read by you, the end user, before starting to play on PokerOK and the PokerOK Network ("GGPN"). Your decision to play on PokerOK confirms your agreement with the terms of the ESP.
1.2. By agreeing to or accepting the general terms of PokerOK, the User also agrees to the terms of the ESP. The User's decision to play on PokerOK signifies acceptance of these terms.
1.3. The ESP is designed to create and maintain a healthy environment on PokerOK, ensuring a safe, reliable, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Users, based on the spirit of fair, safe, and legal competition.
1.4. As the account holder, the User is fully responsible for the security of the account, its nickname, and password. In the event of unauthorized access to the account using the correct email and password, we are not responsible for any losses incurred to the account and reserve the right to confiscate any illegal earnings obtained through unauthorized access.
1.5. PokerOK is not responsible for any losses incurred by the User due to unauthorized use or misuse of login details, except in cases where we have not exercised reasonable care.
1.6. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that the User is engaging in prohibited activities or behavior, or using auxiliary tools and services, the Security Group reserves the right to block and conduct a security check of any account at any time, even during gameplay. A security check may result in restrictions on the User's account, cashier, gameplay (both cash games and tournaments), or bonus rewards.
1.7. The ESP may be revised and amended at any time after prior notice to the User. Significant changes will be sent to you by email with a brief description of the Terms. When logging in, you will also receive a pop-up message offering to view the fully updated ESP. Continued use of the services after notification of significant changes to the ESP will be considered as your acceptance of the changes.
1.8. If there is suspicion of criminal or fraudulent activity, we may inform the relevant authorities about the User's identity.
1.9. In the event of any instances of dishonesty, we may report this to the Poker Integrity Council.
1.10. To prevent fraud, we reserve the right to conduct a check of the User's computer or device to track prohibited actions and behavior or the prohibited use of auxiliary tools or services. If suspicious activity is detected during the check, our software may scan related files to create a comprehensive matrix that will be compared with profiles of known illegal automated programs.
1.11. In the event of a violation of the ESP, the security team reserves the right to impose one or more restrictions after a thorough investigation of the case based on accumulated information, data, and evidence.
1.12. Any decision made by the security service is final.
1.13. Punitive measures applied by the Security Service to Users may vary depending on the regulations in force in a particular jurisdiction.
1.14. Users with real-name accounts are allowed to maintain only one account across the network without exception. In addition, Users undergoing verification or already verified are prohibited from creating or using any other accounts, whether new or existing in the PokerOK Network.
