The GG Online Championship has been running for 11 days and guaranteed over $50 Million. In that time, with 58 events and 172 tournaments having been completed, $63,922,622.50 has already been won. With 16 days, 249 tournaments and $100 Million guaranteed, there is still a ton of poker still to be played.

This week is looking to be another massive one with almost $50 Million in guarantees including the biggest guarantee of the series, the $10,300 Super MILLION$ High Roller Main Event. The final day of this event begins Sunday, May 22 at 16:00 UTC and carries an enormous $10,000,000 guarantee. At the time of writing this entry, there were still 7 Day 1’s available for this tournament with a multitude of step satellites for each Day 1. This giant of a guarantee will be one for the books and one you most certainly want to scoop a part of the guaranteed prize pool.

This past week also saw a lot of movement on the three leaderboards. On the Low Tier, last week’s runner-up, ‘BeardOilGuy’ did manage to close the gap of 68 points to 54 points behind the leader, ‘Kong Fuzi’. Unfortunately they also dropped to 3rd and 4th place. The new leader on the Leaderboard is ‘BigBluff’ who holds a meager 13 points ahead of 2nd place ‘goosebumps4’ and almost 100 over ‘Kong Fuzi’.
Movement on the Medium Tier leaderboard occurred all below last week’s leader, ‘Joao Simoa’. The 262 point lead ‘Joao Simoa’ held over second place increased to 380, giving him a semi-comfortable lead for top prize at this tier.

Meanwhile, the High and Super High Leaderboard Tier saw some major shakeups. The top 3 last week, ‘Wei Zhao’, ‘danludan’ and ‘rivfun4me’, were separated by just 10 points. While ‘rivfun4me’ managed to almost double his points, he still dropped to 11th on the leaderboard. This is significantly better than what happened to ‘Wei Zhao’ who dropped to 60th and out of the money. The 2nd place player from last week, ‘danludan’ managed to survive most of the shake up, dropping only one place to 3rd. The current leader, ‘Chris Rudolph’ had one incredible week as he now finds himself 65 points ahead of 2nd and 150 ahead of 3rd. There is still a lot more poker to play and more movement to be had.
