Details & Limitations

• Ask Fedor is only available on the following games:
   No Limit Hold'em Cash Games.
   Rush & Cash No Limit Hold'em Cash Games.
   No Limit Hold'em Tournaments.
• VIP Games are games with Stakes equal or higher than $25/$50 or tournaments with a buy-in over $5,000.
• Ask Fedor is not available for hands with straddle from players out of position.
• Ask Fedor is not available on cash drop hands in Rush&Cash.
• Ask Fedor is not available on hands with dead chips.
• Ask Fedor is not available on hands where 4 or more players went to the flop.
• Ask Fedor has the following limitations for hands with 7 or more players.
   In a hand with 7 players, Ask Fedor is available when the first player to act has folded without any prior action.
   In a hand with 8 players, Ask Fedor is available when the first two players to act have folded without any prior action.
• Ask Fedor is not available on hands with 9 or more players.
• Ask Fedor is not available for bounty tournaments.
• Ask Fedor is not available for tournaments after the tournament has reached the bubble or in the money.
• Ask Fedor is only available for hands played after April 29th 2022.

Terms & Conditions

By continuing, you verify that you are at least 18 years old and agree to the Terms & Conditions as stated below:

1. Subscribing to Ask Fedor Membership
    Membership benefits will be applied immediately upon subscription.
    Membership plans are provided as monthly subscriptions, and once subscribed, payments will be settled automatically each month.

2. Changing Membership Plan
    You can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan.
    Membership plans will not change immediately when upgrading or downgrading; membership will change after the current membership’s expiration.
    If you wish to change your membership plan immediately, you need to unsubscribe first then newly subscribe to the plan of your choice.

3. Unsubscription
    When you unsubscribe, your membership plan will automatically be cancelled after the current membership’s expiration.
    You can choose to continue your subscription within the membership expiration.

4. Refund
    Refunds can be requested within 48 hours of purchase, only if Asks were not used.
    Please contact customer support for refund requests.
